Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Understand when an order charge can be returned—and where it goes.

This policy separates one-time / temporary SMS, reusable numbers and renewals, unsuccessful purchases, and wallet top-ups. Use the section that matches your actual order.

Refunds at a glance

Where funds go

Eligible order charges return to your CanSMS wallet balance. This is not a withdrawal or a refund of your top-up to its payment method.

Who qualifies for no-code refunds

Cancellation and expiry refunds when no code is received apply only to one-time / temporary SMS orders.

Which timing applies

Check the actual order expiry, countdown, cancellation option and processing result. No fixed number of minutes is promised for every order.

1. Wallet balance and top-ups

Verified top-ups add funds to your CanSMS wallet; number purchases and renewals are settled separately. Unused balance has no usage expiry and is not deducted merely because time passes.

Wallet balance is for CanSMS services. Discretionary withdrawals, transfers to another account and returns to the original payment method are generally not offered. Charges returned to your wallet remain subject to these wallet rules. Amount errors, duplicate credits, platform faults and applicable statutory refunds are reviewed separately.

2. Reusable numbers and renewals

Reusable numbers and renewals do not use the one-time no-code cancellation or expiry refund mechanism. Change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once the number has been delivered as agreed or the renewal has been completed as agreed.

A destination platform not sending an SMS, rejecting the number or failing verification, or expiry due to non-use or failure to renew, generally does not qualify for a refund. Review service restrictions and validity before purchasing. Platform errors, incorrect delivery or failure to provide the agreed service are reviewed under the exceptions below.

3. One-Time / Temporary SMS

Temporary SMS and one-time SMS are the same business. The no-code refund rules below apply only to these orders—not to reusable numbers or their renewals.

No code received yet

If the order displays a cancellation option, use it to request cancellation. Once cancellation succeeds, the order charge returns to your CanSMS wallet balance. A submitted request is not a completed refund; check the actual order result.

No code received by expiry

The expiry shown on the order governs. If no verification code has arrived by expiry, the order charge is automatically returned to your CanSMS wallet balance. Processing may continue in the background after expiry, so the balance may not update immediately when the countdown reaches zero.

A code has already arrived

Once the order has received a verification code, the no-code refund no longer applies. A later verification failure on the destination platform does not by itself qualify the charge for a refund.

4. Unsuccessful purchases and partial delivery

If a purchase is unsuccessful and produces no usable number, the unspent charge is returned or released to your CanSMS wallet balance. An out-of-stock or failed purchase is different from receiving a number but not receiving an SMS.

For a multi-number order with partial delivery, settlement follows the actual delivery and verified outcome; charges for undelivered numbers return to your wallet. If the result is unclear or still under review, keep the original order and contact support. Do not repeat purchases, top-ups or refund requests.

5. Errors and service obligations

These general rules do not remove CanSMS service obligations. Verified platform errors, incorrect delivery, duplicate charges or failure to provide the agreed service require correction, performance, balance restoration or refund according to the facts and applicable rules.

A refund request, release of reserved funds, return to wallet balance and return of a top-up to its payment method are different outcomes. Check the order result and account transaction records when reviewing returned funds. This policy does not exclude rights required by applicable law.

6. Contact support

For questions about a refund result, order status or wallet balance, contact CanSMS support through our official Telegram account.

Provide the order ID, selected service and country, time of the issue, the page message and any necessary redacted screenshots. Do not send passwords, complete verification codes, API keys, payment private keys or recovery phrases. Support will check the information for the relevant order.
